When signing up for a horse show a non-refundable fee of $70 is due at the time of sign up. This deposit will be applied against any horse use fees, coaching, and trailering expenses that are incurred. If you change your mind about attending the horse show this deposit is forfeited.
All horse show participants are responsible for paying for expenses incurred by the instructor during overnight shows. These expenses will be equally split between all horse show participants and will include the following:
• All food and hotel expenses
• Travel expenses (such as fuel) if the trainer is commuting instead of using a hotel.
• Grooms and barn help if necessary
• Tack room
• Groom stall.
• Stall bedding.
